Father of Michelle Kim of Des Plaines IL, Jennifer and Anthony Kim both of Malden, Timothy Kim of Alton NH, Geoffrey Kim of Hampton NH, Sung Won Yoon of Lexington and Jeany Kim of Seattle WA. Grandfather of Jade, Nicole, Bradley, Melissa, Jeremy, Andrew, Christine, Soo Mee, Soo Hee and Teminah. Brother of Cyril, Mary, Margaret, Martina and the late Simon Kim.

Funeral from the William T. Hickey & Son Funeral Home, 175 Huron Ave., CAMBRIDGE Friday at 8 AM. Funeral Mass in St. Peter’s Church, 100 Concord Ave., Cambridge at 9 AM. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Thursday 4-9 PM. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Dr. Kim’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham MA 01701. Late physician and surgeon in ophthalmology at Mass Eye & Ear Infirmary, Malden Hospital & Melrose/Wakefield Hospital.
